i had a ground floor, wheelchair-adapted kingsize room! it was well appointed with mobility issues. the room was clean, quiet, and spacious, very relaxing. i found a large, very clean, and spacious wetroom too!

i noticed the bathroom had a light sensor, so the fan and light came on if i went in during the night! there was no control of the light so it was a small inconvenience.

breakfast was a very good experience, cooked exactly as i ordered it. the menu offered a good range of choice. the room provided was warm and quite cosy. coffee and tea making facilities were more than adequate in the room. i found the king sized bed very comfortable.

i noticed no actual check-in desk and had to wait a bit for assistance upon arrival.

The hotel didn't have a lift. This meant carrying luggage up several flights of stairs.
