immaculate hotel near the lake
easy access attentive service
the hotel location allows easy access to the lake. breakfast stood out due to the quality of the food and attentive service. i was also impressed by the staff, who provided clear directions to the basilica. i found the electric bike rental service very useful for touring the area, too.
I was disappointed the chair pads were left outside and became soaked during a rainy day, which limited seating options. No other common areas were available either.

the reception staff offered efficient service, responding promptly to queries. one staff member was particularly helpful with the bike rental, explaining controls and suggesting routes, i found that very useful! generally, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

my room was spacious, moreover it had a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. the room had a scent i found appealing upon arrival! it felt almost spa-like. the glass water bottle and filling station on each floor were a thoughtful touch.

the hotel is a short walk from the town centre. the convenient location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions. its position across the road from the lake is also very convenient! the hotel provided a great base for exploring.

the location is near the lake. the breakfast offered considerable choice. bike rentals were convenient right at the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful .
the air conditioning in my room did not work despite requesting maintenance multiple times. i had to order a fan to manage the temperature. this affected the value for money.

Acceptable stay with issues
slow service ineffective air conditioning
The hotel is very close to the lake (good for walks).
The staff seemed really stretched. It took ages to get service at the bar ONE evening. The air conditioning in my room was ineffective, a HUGE problem as the room felt stuffy. I reported it, but nothing changed .

fresh pastries friendly staff easy access
The on-site bakery proved a true delight, offering fresh pastries daily, I enjoyed treats each morning. The staff was friendly, always ready to assist, they helped with directions and local recommendations. The hotel's location directly by the lake provided easy access to scenic walks and water activities. It made exploring simple.
The mini bar was empty. I would have appreciated some refreshments upon arrival.

faulty air conditioning unhelpful staff
The location was acceptable. It was a short walk to the city center.
The air conditioning did not work properly despite multiple requests for maintenance. I eventually had to ask for a fan. The staff sent me to rent kayaks on a rainy day. The rental place was closed when I got there. the chair pads were left outside in the rain, so it was impossible to sit outside comfortably.
