Very nice stay, loved the breakfast!

My room was clean and quite fresh. I had an amazing view from my balcony. The location was perfect for exploring. It was super close to the main street and all the action. The staff were always helpful and friendly. They really went the extra mile!

I thought the paper cups were used, even though they say they are focused on environmental matters.

Breakfast offered a great selection of food and drinks and many cakes seemed homemade! The restaurant had very little that was suitable for kids. I wished they expanded the options for families. I enjoyed the overall experience. It was really good.

My room included a nice balcony. I enjoyed the lovely view. The sofa was a nice addition. The room was spacious. I could charge my devices easily at the bedside. The SPAR supermarket was very convenient. It was located on the first floor!

The hotel provides easy access to the main street. It was only 50 yards away! The location was superb. I could easily walk everywhere. The hotel faces Mont Blanc. I enjoyed that view! It was very scenic.

The hotel offers ski equipment rentals! I also found a kiosk selling tickets for some attractions and ski stations. There were water dispensers on each floor. That was super helpful. The hotel has convenient parking. I loved that!

The location was conveniently close to popular attractions and restaurants.

I was disappointed by the lack of air conditioning in the room. There was only a Dyson fan , made quite a bit of noise. the decor and lighting in the room were very dark, giving the space a somber feel. I found it odd that I had to request conditioner and body lotion at the reception.

Subpar Experience at this Hotel

The breakfast offered a decent variety of food and drinks.

The lack of air conditioning was a big issue . I also found it odd that they still use paper cups despite claiming environmental consciousness. Using no paper under the glasses in the bathroom felt unhygienic to me, a real lapse in detail. The corridor was narrow, and the luggage could not open fully.
