great pressure fresh towels complimentary water
the shower worked VERY well, the pressure was great. i found fresh towels available. complimentary water was replenished daily along with tea and coffee.

Charming Stay Near the Port
perfect location helpful staff
The location proved ideal. I could easily access the ferry. Breakfast offered a satisfying start with plenty of choices. The staff showed helpfulness . I found it a nice experience..
The hotel room was quite small, which limited the space I had for luggage and movement. While tidy, more room would be welcome. This small detail impacted the overall experience.

Solid Stay Near the Ferry
clean room bottled water
The room was clean and they provided bottled water. I appreciated that the hotel offered tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room. Luke at the front desk was helpful . Plenty of parking spaces were available at the hotel.
I found quite a few steps to get to my bedroom. The absence of a lift made it difficult to move between floors. This aspect might pose challenges for elderly guests.

Acceptable for a Short Stay, but Some Issues
non-functional television noisy guests
The room showed its age. The television did not work, a definite inconvenience. The noise from other guests (a noisy family next door) was bothersome. I think the hotel should check these things (maybe even the TV remote batteries!).

The location suited my travel plans. i appreciated the easy access late at night. communications were clear and instructions to my room were helpful. i also liked the welcome of fresh, clean and modern room. Lamps were lit upon my arrival.
My room seemed quite dark, i think it was also a little small. it was only suitable for one night. i had issues with the noise levels. It was quite noisy, and i didn't get any sleep.

Comfortable Stay Close to the Ferry
friendly staff convenient location
I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The hotel provided excellent Wi-Fi (a definite plus) and a comfortable environment. I also enjoyed the convenient location, close to the ferry service.
The mattress could benefit from replacement. This impacted my overall sleep quality. I hope that the hotel considers this .
