The Wi-Fi was basically non-existent. I could barely load a webpage. The room overlooked some sort of service area. I heard constant noise from what sounded like a generator or industrial fan, made relaxing difficult. The shower temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated between hot and cold without warning. This made showering an adventure, not a pleasure.

i found the garden area good. it has a quiet charm and a peaceful place. the staff were friendly and helpful, a real credit to the hotel and ready with local tips for walks and the area.

the tv in the room was small. the picture quality was not perfect. i found this disappointing after a long day exploring.

staff offered excellent customer service from check-in to check-out, they are attentive to our needs. the receptionist was especially kind and helpful and provided quick assistance with any questions we have. the bar staff was also lovely and efficient.
