Check-in was smooth and I secured one of the outside car spaces. The staff were helpful and friendly. I explored the area before dinner. I had an amazing meal, and the breakfast was excellent.

I had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was great (especially the breakfast!), and the service was excellent. The hotel is located very close to the shops and the quay side, which I found convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful . I enjoyed the attention to detail in the room decor.

Parking was a bit challenging initially, as I had to find a public car park.

the room was spacious and very clean. tea and coffee were available and replenished daily. i loved the complimentary welsh blanket, such a nice touch! the snug side room had wonderful pictures and artwork.

i found the location convenient. it was very close to the beautiful castle!!! the staff were very helpful and friendly. my room was very comfortable and had everything i needed.

parking was a bit of an issue. i was directed to a public car park up the hill. the hike from the hotel was quite a distance. i had to extend my parking several times, and that was not ideal.

the bedroom i had featured a full bath (it was quite spacious). the location allowed me to park once and walk everywhere .

The radiator was in the room. I had to open and close the window as needed (it wasn't a big deal).

The location was PERFECT. It's right in the middle of everything. I enjoyed the views of the castle from my room. The staff helped us with our baggage up the stairs. The breakfast was delicious, the food was great, and the service EXCELLENT.

Parking WAS an issue, I was directed to a public car park up the hill.
