I had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was great (especially the breakfast!), and the service was excellent. The hotel is located very close to the shops and the quay side, which I found convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful . I enjoyed the attention to detail in the room decor.
Parking was a bit challenging initially, as I had to find a public car park.

parking was a bit of an issue. i was directed to a public car park up the hill. the hike from the hotel was quite a distance. i had to extend my parking several times, and that was not ideal.

the bedroom i had featured a full bath (it was quite spacious). the location allowed me to park once and walk everywhere .

The location was PERFECT. It's right in the middle of everything. I enjoyed the views of the castle from my room. The staff helped us with our baggage up the stairs. The breakfast was delicious, the food was great, and the service EXCELLENT.
