The location is very central. I could easily walk to many sites and access public transportation. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, I appreciated their assistance.

The room felt quite cramped. It was small. Cleanliness could improve. I saw minor stains. There was no fridge for keeping items cool.

The hotel's location was acceptable, very close to Rossio Square. I didn't hear any street noise in my room.

The room was much smaller than expected. The green carpet seemed old and not well maintained. I found the single product for shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner insufficient.
