crowded breakfast room small elevators insufficient power outlets

the breakfast room felt quite crowded. the elevators were also very small , made getting around difficult especially during peak hours. i also found the lack of sufficient power outlets in the room inconvenient for charging multiple devices

the location was good, near the metro. the breakfast had many options and fresh fruit. the room was clean. it also had a balcony.

the front desk staff was not friendly. the refrigerator did not work. the shower only had lukewarm water.
