The concierge with glasses was really good. His helpfulness stood out. the breakfast buffet had an really good selection. it was one of the best i have enjoyed. the fresh fruit, pastries, cheeses, meats and juices were amazing!!!

the pillows were uncomfortable like a collection of lumps held together. the beds were super hard. i was unable to adjust the temperature, the room felt hot and stuffy.

the hotel provides quick access to a bus stop right in front. two metro stations and a train station to sintra are approximately ten minutes by foot. it is located in a quiet area.

I was pretty disappointed by the extra charges. I booked partly because of the indoor pool, only to find out I needed to pay MORE to access it. The coffee in the room was also billable. The bed itself was too firm for my liking and had only ONE small pillow (so I had to use my coat).
