the staff was very pleasant and responsive to our requests, even offering early check-in.

the air conditioning in my room did not function well, and noise from other guests made it difficult to sleep soundly at night. i reported the issue but there was no real solution provided, though i received a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. this did not make up for the sleepless nights
