The location was acceptable (I suppose).

The room's air conditioning did not work. I reported this issue to the front desk but nothing was done to fix the system. The rooftop bar was also a letdown. It was too crowded and service was slow.

The staff was warm and helpful. They greeted me with smiles at reception. The bathroom had a great shower and plenty of space, which i appreciated. I liked the complimentary drinks as i found this to be a great touch that enhanced my stay. I felt very welcome.

The location was good! though it required a 15-30 minute walk to reach many attractions.

I love the hotel design. I appreciated the gin and tonic set was available in my room, so cool. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and food was very delicious. The rooftop bar had excellent views and service was very attentive.

The gym was a bit small. I wish more equipment was available to allow for complete workouts.

The hotel is located well. it had easy access to nearby places. the room came with complimentary snacks. I found them a nice touch.

the lighting in the bathroom was very dim. doing makeup was hard. there wasn't much space for luggage. the room only had desk chairs, i missed a proper armchair.
