fantastic stay in the heart of everything!
prime location large room cute staff
The hotel boasts a prime location near carmo square in baixa-chiado. I loved it! my room, a premium double or twin room river castle view, was large and well-kept with good beds! also the staff were super cute and eager to help!
The lobby was rather small. There also wasn't a concierge, which would have been helpful.

superb stay near rossio square
central location clean room perfect air conditioning friendly staff
the hotel is near rossio square. i found many restaurants nearby. the room was spacious and very clean (it was really a relief). air conditioning worked perfectly. the staff was friendly and gave excellent advice. i appreciated the hotel's central location in chiado.
the water from the tap had a slight chlorine smell, made brushing my teeth a bit unpleasant.

Wonderful City Stay
central location helpful staff members fado show
The location was excellent. I easily walked to many attractions. The staff members were helpful (I asked for a city map and got immediate assistance). I particularly enjoyed the Fado show with dinner. It was a nice cultural experience.
The air conditioning in my room was not working correctly during the first night. It took some time for the reception to reactivate the controls.

the location was good, close to many places.
the room i booked was not what i expected from the pictures. it felt quite dated, and the carpet seemed old and discolored. the photos online really did not match the room i was given.

a romantic getaway
ideal location complimentary water amazing selection
i found the location ideal, right on carmo square. it was so easy to explore many historic sites. i also appreciated the complimentary water provided daily.. a lovely touch. the breakfast selection was quite amazing, especially the coffee bar, which i already miss.
the shower temperature sometimes fluctuated unexpectedly.

clean room good breakfast central location
The room was a good size and very clean. Breakfasts included many choices. the hotel location is central. i appreciated the proximity to major tourist attractions, all within a short walk. early check-in was available without hesitation.
the front desk employee did not seem familiar with handling requests for baggage assistance from car services.
