The staff helped me with bolt transportation, that was very useful. i also liked the nightly treats. A nice little surprise! the location was perfect for walking around.
the room felt a bit old, it could use some updating. the housekeeping wasn't great. i also noticed a strange smell in the back area near the drink station.

i adored the complimentary ginjinha upon arrival it was a good local touch the room featured a separate bathtub and shower area i found the bed comfortable ensuring restful nights the staff were always available via whatsapp great for any questions.
the ac was not working during winter i found this a little inconvenient.

the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower it also included a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary beverages plus a nespresso machine with a variety of coffee pods the room size was about 30 square meters.

Really good stay near Rossio Square

My room featured spacious design and a comfortable king bed. The hotel staff were cute. They were always ready to help with directions and recommendations. I received lovely little treats each day, a wonderfully tender touch, ALTHOUGH, there was an issue with the ac settings.
There was no way to adjust the thermostat. The room temperature was a bit too warm for my liking. Opening the window let in quite a bit of street noise.

The hotel is centrally located for easy access to attractions. Its boutique feel added a touch of elegance to the stay, and it was very comforting to have access to the sister hotel with its rooftop bar. It.

The hotel's location is central. It made walking to main sites very easy! I also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being on a pedestrian-only street. This allowed for a quieter stay, setting a tender mood.

The staff members were polite and ever so helpful. Their training was evident in their attentiveness. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and the reception staff was warm and cute.
