food option hotel stay uncomfortable hump soft thing
The breakfast buffet had so many different food options! I really appreciated they paid close attention to my preferences, like remembering my orders from the previous day. It was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had.
The hotel has imperfections, I will mention the most bothersome one. The bed was very hard, and even though the staff put something soft on it, it still had a hump in the middle. It was uncomfortable!

a very fine stay
convenient location breakfast option helpful staff
I found the location very convenient. the yellow bus stop was right in front of the hotel. i also found the breakfast very nice. It included both continental and cooked options with a la carte choices. the staff was helpful.

hard bed cheap equipment
The bed was unacceptably hard, despite the staff attempting to soften it. The bathroom felt cramped and featured cheap equipment of low quality. I found the shower was broken upon arrival.

great location breakfast buffet helpful staff outdated bathroom worn corridors cigarette smoke
The location was undeniably great. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I also found the staff to be consistently helpful .
My room's bathroom seemed quite outdated. I also noticed some wear and tear in the corridors. Opening the window resulted in a noticeable cigarette smoke smell.
