I found two aspects rather underwhelming. First, the noise level from the street was noticeable, especially early mornings. I could hear everything. the breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours. The layout needs rethinking.

the staff were consistently helpful. they offered good recommendations and directions. complimentary coffee and flavored water were available in the lobby, i found this a nice touch.

i found the uber drop-off inconvenient. the hotel is located on a street inaccessible to ubers. it required a short walk uphill with luggage.
