A good experience overall
many choices breakfast great staff nice waiter waitresses parking system high fee parking poor service cleaning
The breakfast included many choices. The staff were great! I enjoyed the hotel's scent throughout the facilities. The waiters and waitresses at breakfast were so nice.
I experienced issues with the parking system. Paying 20 euros per night felt steep. I needed to ask for the parking card at reception each time I wanted to enter, then return it. The cleaning service wasn't great either.

stained carpets limited breakfast
The breakfast selection felt limited (i expected more!). The carpets on the floors had noticeable stains. I had to leave my car keys with an employee. They said it was needed to maneuver the vehicle if necessary. That seemed RIDICULOUS.

mixed feelings about my recent stay
non-functioning air conditioning small beautiful rooms
the breakfast was acceptable (i did like the variety).
The air conditioning did not work, quite annoying. the beautiful rooms felt small. I nearly tripped over my suitcase several times. the cleaning staff also seemed to forget about replacing coffee cups and other items. (i am not sure if they were even in the room).

great variety outdoor pool helpful staff poor ventilation weird control back pain
The breakfast had a good variety. The outdoor pool was relaxing and nice. I appreciate the polite staff at the front desk. They were also helpful.
The room ventilation was not good. Toilet smells flooded it. The light controls felt weird. The mattresses caused back pain.
