The location allowed easy access to key attractions. the staff was helpful . my room included complimentary water and a welcome dessert, a really nice touch. the on-site italian restaurant offered delicious meals. I particularly enjoyed their wood-fired pizzas.

the shower door did not completely close, which resulted in a small pool of water on the bathroom floor after each shower.

the room was tastefully decorated and kept fresh daily. i found the bathroom excellent with good quality soap and shampoo. however.. the room was a bit small.

The staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries. afonso, in particular, provided really good service. I found him very attentive. the hotel also provided a voucher for a complimentary drink.

I was actually surprised by the hotel's italian restaurant. the spaghetti frutti di mare was really good. It was prepared perfectly. the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

the location was excellent, close to public transport and many restaurants. the staff provided a free welcome drink and wine in the room, it was unexpected. the service from the hotel team was also fantastic, they were helpful and polite.

the room had little space to store clothes, though there was a closet. the wine, glasses, and coffee machine took up space that would be needed for personal items.

The room offered comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep, the air conditioning worked efficiently maintaining a pleasant temperature, and blackout curtains blocked external light. This enhanced sleep quality. a safe was also provided.
