The valet parking service was very helpful. It used a clean, well-lit private underground car park. The room was immaculate with a nice bathroom. I also found free refreshments there
The shower was too small. This is surprising for a hotel of this standard.

the hotel had a prime central position, close to restaurants and the metro. the hotel team gave a warm, friendly welcome. rooms were large and clean. breakfast had good quality and variety. the bar was well stocked and staffed with knowledgeable people.
The bed was super uncomfortable! it was very hard and springy. the towels in the room need an upgrade. They are worn and discolored. i could hear noise from the room next door at 5am two mornings .

the hotel's reception provided a friendly welcome! the staff was very helpful throughout my stay, they answered all questions quickly. the bar staff was knowledgeable. the overall service was attentive.

the room had great decor and was clean and quiet! the rooms were also spacious. the bathroom included ample toiletries, i used the shower a lot. the room's temperature was easy to adjust and the blackout curtains worked well.

The location was quite good. The hotel is near everything.
The housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. My room was not cleaned twice despite me putting out the "clean room" sign. The amenities were lacking. I often had to request more shampoo.

The room's design seemed to prioritize aesthetics over practicality. I found the storage space severely lacking. There were no drawers in the nightstands or desk. I essentially lived out of my suitcase due to this inconvenient layout. The shower was also a letdown. It lacked a handle for support along its length. This.
