The room was spacious and well-kept. I found the bed to be quite comfortable. The tea and coffee amenities were a plus. The bathroom included Damana brand toiletries, so I did not have to use my own items.

Bairro Alto was under 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The walk is a little uphill at times though. The sightseeing bus location was a short ten-minute walk. Ubers were cheap and easy to find.

i was greeted curbside very late. the foyer was excellent and clean. my room was comfortable with up to date amenities. the breakfast had many options.
The lighting was dimmed everywhere. the bathroom had dust. the pillows were very soft. I had to use three.
