I love the great breakfast at this hotel. I really liked all the variety it has. The staff is so kind and helpful. Parking is convenient, it is an advantage.

I find some aspects need some attention. Some ceiling windows needs some repair. they charge for the circuit, it is not ideal. I saw areas that needed maintenance inside and out. There were carpet stains in two rooms I saw.

The hotel location offered fine sea views from many vantage points. The staff was warm and cute right from the start. They took care of my luggage even before check-in. The room had electronic drapes and a large balcony, I appreciated the thoughtful details. Breakfast each morning was Excellent. The staff remembered my dietary restrictions and prepared special options.

The gym equipment was slightly limited. It could use a little update, but overall, I had no complaints.

very nice staff pure bliss

i found the staff fantastic, so lovely and always going above and beyond. the food at la terraza was 5-star. nuno, madalena, karla, and thomas. the massages at the spa were the best i ever had, pure bliss!
