great location wine tasting awful food buffet selection

The location was excellent. It was close to the main area of town. I liked the wine tasting with the animation team.

The hotel food was awful. The buffet food left a lot to be desired. It was definitely not suitable for children.

excellent hotel stay

quick check-in clean room efficient staff calm atmosphere

i recently enjoyed a short stay. upon arrival, the reception staff was efficient. they provided a quick check-in process. the room was clean and well-kept. a bottle of water was available (a nice touch!). i appreciated the calm atmosphere.

i noticed limited smoking area locations.

the room provided excellent storage in both the main area and the bathroom. it was nice to have two sinks. the room was adequately sized. it included a lovely-sized fridge.

there are two distinct pool areas. one pool is clearly for kids. the other is for adults seeking quiet. i found the pools very deep at 1.90m in the quiet pool.

I love this place! I was upgraded to a pool view junior suite. The staff is awesome, I find them so cute and helpful. The food is great. The quality is very good and the wine is decent. This is rare for all inclusive!

I must say, the gym is tiny.

friendly staff varied food clean grounds cracked tiles broken air conditioning unsafe pothole

Oh my gosh. I had such a blast! The staff are super friendly, and the food was delicious and varied. The grounds were well maintained and super clean! The hotel even gave me a birthday gift and a yummy Christmas dinner, I felt so spoiled.

The hotel could use some updates. I saw cracked tiles and walls that need repainting everywhere, Kids and adults were tripping! The air conditioning in my room was broken. I came back to a sweltering room every afternoon. The playground had a big pothole at the entrance. It was so unsafe.

A special mention for Glenn. He always stopped to chat.

The room decor seemed tired. I did not find coffee or tea making facilities. That was strange, as I cannot recall not having these basic facilities in other holiday destinations. I had to pay to hire a kettle.
