The apartment was very well equipped for self-catering. i found the staff very helpful . i appreciated the hotel's focus on accessibility. It had excellent facilities for wheelchair users. the level ground made walking to nearby bars and restaurants easy.

i noticed the toilet in my room rocked a bit when i sat down. i am a larger person, and i felt insecure using it, needing assistance. i did discover a more suitable disabled toilet by the pool later in my stay, thankfully.

I found the resort clean and wonderfully maintained. That really impressed me. it was a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants, so the location was perfect. the staff was very friendly.

The shower facilities provided for late departures needed improvement. I found them less than ideal. the absence of towels and the condition of the shower itself left much to be desired. better preparation would definitely enhance the experience .

Our one-bedroom apartment had interesting decor. Each room featured a dedicated artist's touch. the beds were very comfortable and the linens were super clean. we had extra pillows and covers which added to the comfort.

the receptionist behavior. he repeatedly asked if i was alone. the facilities were unclean, and i saw visible blood around the toilet seat. it was very disappointing.
