Franklin Guesthouse features 30 suites for up to four guests. Each room includes individual climate control, a work desk, and a flat-screen cable TV. Suites offer 13-foot high original timber and tin-plated ceilings, hardwood floors, and commissioned contemporary art. Amenities include a full-service locally sourced mini-bar, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-room coffee and tea. Lower-level rooms could benefit from more natural light and better soundproofing. Some suites also include a sitting area, a full kitchen, or an outdoor space. Bathrooms provide rainfall showers. A throw blanket is available on the sofa and vintage cameras are also in the room.

MADRE is Franklin Guesthouse's on-site restaurant, adorned with exposed brick, marble counters, brass accessories, and mineral-textured walls. Marble and live wood tables are featured. MADRE's cross-cultural menu offers seasonal plates, depending on fresh ingredients and quality. Guests can better still head to the adorable Bakeri around the corner. BarGlory's menu features dumplings like lamb with pistachio pesto or cumin-graced pumpkin and ricotta.
