Hotel Was excellent!

The hotel's location was superb. It was easy to get around! I walked to many places! The room design was very nice! The staff allowed us to check out a little later on our last day.

penelope at the reception defined excellence in hospitality. she anticipated every need before it arose and resolved challenges instantly. i found the comfort she created allowed me to forget the usual stresses of travel.

The hotel and room were hot. The ac barely worked. i had to get extra fans. the cleaning services were not as expected. The kitchenette was left dirty.

Fantastic Stay Near the Station!

The room was spacious. The hotel provided a public transport pass, and it made getting around the city SUPER easy!!!

The air conditioning did not work effectively, resulting in a hot room. I had to ask for the windows to be unlocked to get some air.
