valet service lovely surprise

The hotel has a valet car service. This was a lovely surprise! Treats were in my room. They serviced the room twice daily with water bottles each time!

The breakfast was expensive, though I think it included only pastries.

efficient service attentive concierge dog-friendly terrace

the valet service was efficient upon arrival. the concierge was helpful and attentive throughout my stay. i enjoyed a lovely meal on the dog-friendly terrace of the restaurant one evening. the building preserves tradition and customer care.

The receptionist insisted i book to use the pool. this caused serious annoyance at check-in. i don't recommend the hotel on this basis.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!

helpful staff daily sweets spacious room

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff . The hotel provided complimentary water and sweets in the room daily. The setting was superb, and the room was spacious with an excellent bathroom (I especially loved the rainfall shower). I also enjoyed the free one-hour use of the Crystal Spa. It was really relaxing.

The gym was quite small. The equipment felt a bit crammed.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues

dated interior design poor breakfast service

The hotel's lakeside location is quite nice. I also found the spa relaxing and the massage was excellent.

The interior design felt dated, particularly the zebra patterned hallways with motion sensor lights. The breakfast service was also lacking. I had to repeatedly ask for a server to take my order. Despite promises, no one came, so I left after waiting for over half an hour.
