Mr sener helped with our parking, i appreciate that! the breakfast had a superb location. the staff were very kind. our room was very clean. It was a relief to have such a well kept space.
the bathroom was a tiny bit small.

I found the staff sweet. They were always available and happy to help. the hotel kept clean, with a nice room decoration. its location helped me get around to the sites and markets easily.
Sound from the corridor was easily audible inside the room. There seemed to be little soundproofing.

the room was clean upon arrival. the included breakfast featured fresh bread and various cheeses. sener at reception was very helpful i found. the location near the tram made getting around easy.
the elevator was rather slow.

The breakfast buffet was a definite highlight. It was included in the price. The food tasted fresh. The hotel also features a terrace. It was a great spot for a meal with a view.
The room seemed a bit run down. The TV hung crookedly on the wall. The toilet space was narrow. The sink leaked, so the floor stayed wet. The coffee powder wasn't consistently refilled in the room.

The location is great. It is not far from the tram and metro stops. The hotel is in a quiet area, and I appreciated this. The staff members were helpful and friendly. They always had a smile, so I felt welcomed .
I noticed some wear and tear in the room. It would be beneficial if some aspects received a bit of refurbishment.
