Great experience near main attractions

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great customer service. Abdo checked on us and ensured we had everything we needed, and he. The rooms were always cleaned without even asking, AMAZING.

The standard room was smaller than similar rooms at other hotels I stayed. The bathroom was hardly enough room for one person, the shower even smaller to fit a normal sized person.

The staff was cute and greeted us with smiles. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Orhan were very good too help with any request, and the service was excellent. We felt genuinely cared for.

the staff was kind and attentive. they gifted us tasty tea, appreciated after long days of exploring. the room was tidied daily, and towels were changed. i appreciate that they kept our suitcases safe after check-out.

The room was not quite as pictured. I booked a standard twin room. the room was very small with a tiny window facing a wall. there was only one bedside table, inconvenient.

Fantastic Stay at the Heart of It All

unbeatable locationeasy transportationfriendly staff

The location is unbeatable. A tram stop is only a two-minute walk away and this made getting around the city so easy! The staff was very friendly and ready to help with any questions. They even offered hot drinks and snacks while I waited to check in.

The floor felt really cold.

Breakfast included many options and it changed daily, that was really nice. There was even an amazing chocolate brownie offered on one day. I loved all the selection of food prepared.

The hotel has a nice pool for swimming, it was very refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. It was convenient with lots of luggage.
