FANTASTIC stay!

The staff was cooperative. It ensured i felt comfortable. Breakfast was delicious WITH a good variety! The cleanliness of the hotel was great. My room was clean, and the housekeeping team kept everything in great condition. The location was ideal because it was conveniently close to public transport and key attractions. It made it easy to explore the area.

The bed was poor quality. It was uncomfortable.

a decent STAY, SOME ISSUES though

helpful staff prompt staff bathroom lock overhead shower

The staff at reception was GREAT and very helpful. Staff was prompt with all requests that needed attention. The location was good and quiet, SO I COULD relax.

The bathroom had NO LOCK on it with a sliding door. IT WASN'T very good. I didn't feel safe. The overhead shower WASN'T working as we couldn't turn the handle for it. I also could hear people from outside when sleeping very late at night

kind staff peaceful stay faulty shower thin walls

The reception staff showed such kindness upon my arrival. They upgraded my room, as they knew I had a child. I found the location perfect given its proximity to both metro and tram stations. I found my stay to be peaceful, and the hotel was clean.

The bathroom lacked a lock. It only had a sliding door, not good. The overhead shower did not function. I also noticed that one could hear people outside when sleeping very late at night. Though, overall I did sleep well.
