easy access friendly staff clean room
the location offered easy access to major sites. friendly staff members stored my luggage after checkout. the room was clean. i found this helpful as i continued exploring the city.
my room lacked certain advertised amenities. it needed a kettle, desk, and chair. i found this inconvenient for work.

staff helpfulness room cleanliness room upgrade ants roaming unwashed sheets rough sheets
i really appreciated the staff's helpfulness. the room was very clean. i received special treatment with a change to a beautiful room, although i booked a budget room. this was very generous.
lots of ants were roaming on the floor. the sheets did not appear washed. the sheets were bobbly and rough.
