my room lacked certain advertised amenities. it needed a kettle, desk, and chair. i found this inconvenient for work.

i really appreciated the staff's helpfulness. the room was very clean. i received special treatment with a change to a beautiful room, although i booked a budget room. this was very generous.

lots of ants were roaming on the floor. the sheets did not appear washed. the sheets were bobbly and rough.
