excellent location two bathrooms soundproof windows

the location was excellent! it allowed very quick access to the blue mosque. the suite i had included two bathrooms, which proved particularly useful. soundproof windows kept noise out, which contributed to a restful experience.

the room had a slight odor, and it reminded me of a pet store. i hope they can look into it.

superb hotel experience

excellent location short walk quiet street helpful staff

The location is excellent being a short walk from the blue mosque and arasta bazaar. transport links are also very close making it easy to get around. the street itself is surprisingly quiet. I found this a bonus. the staff was always helpful and available when i needed them.

the television and internet were not working correctly though i'm sure this has since been resolved.

mold dust inadequate heating

the hotel staff seemed helpful. the daily complimentary tea and coffee were acceptable.

The room lacked cleanliness. I noticed mold and dust. the carpet seemed like it had not been vacuumed. the air conditioning did not heat the room well enough, and the radiator made no difference. i found the conditions disappointing.

The staff arranged my airport transfers. My room was cleaned daily and had a decorative touch. The staff provided maps and helpful suggestions for local attractions. The suite had a surreal view of the Blue Mosque.

kind owners larger room close location worn carpet broken kettle billing confusion

The owners showed kindness when they helped with our bags. The room was larger than expected. I had a balcony. The location is close to attractions and the bazaar.

The carpets seemed worn and not clean. The kettle was broken in the room.
