Acceptable but with ISSUES
The breakfast WAS good and the staff were polite.
The sound isolation was horrible. I couldn't sleep because of the guests next door TALKING all night. the room decoration is old.

The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. i particularly enjoyed the selection of local cheeses. a waiter named hakan was very attentive. He ensured our table remained clear and offered everything we wanted. the manager, alper kacmaz, showed professionalism and thanked us for our visit.
some furniture was a bit dated.

friendly staff spa facilities
the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the spa facilities were clean. and well maintained. i found the location convenient. it was easy to get around from there.
the bed reminded me of two single beds put together.

fantastic hotel experience
wide array efficient service clean room awesome experience
the breakfast buffet included a wide array of international and traditional cuisines. the staff offered quick and efficient 24-hour room service. the housekeeping service kept the room clean. the corner suite provided an awesome experience.
i found that the club lounge was fairly basic.

the hotel is near a bus stop for easy access to various destinations. taxis are readily available outside the hotel. getting around from the hotel is convenient.

the staff was friendly and helpful during my entire stay. the valet service provided efficient assistance. the reception staff offered a warm and professional welcome.

the room had a very comfortable bed. the corner suite provided a fantastic view. the room was amazing and very clean when i arrived. the suite had all expected amenities.
