close location tram stop safe area late transfer dirty vehicle uninterested staff

the hotel is very close to historical sites. the tram stop was also close. i found the area safe with many shops nearby.

the hotel arranged an airport transfer that was late. the vehicle was also dirty and old. the staff seemed uninterested except for the restaurant promoter.

underwhelming stay

missing towel racks inadequate soundproofing

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to various attractions.

The room lacked practical features. there were no towel racks available (i had to get creative). soundproofing was also inadequate. Noise from the corridor was quite disruptive, it really bothered me (i was like i was living in a train station).

The staff were VERY lovely and willing to help. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. Toiletries were provided including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, cotton buds, shower caps, and a shaving kit.

The breakfast needed improvement.

acceptable stay with A MAJOR FLAW

internal hotel loud noise

the staff were FRIENDLY and accommodating.

Internal hotel NOISE was a problem. i could CLEARLY hear other rooms and the slamming of doors. it was impossible to relax. I was deprived of sleep FOR several nights.

Wonderful Stay in a Fantastic Location!!!

central location helpful staff

I found the hotel's location convenient. It was surprisingly quiet, despite its central location. The decorations were beautiful. Breakfast offered excellent options. Aydin was helpful. He even sent back my sunglasses I left behind. I really appreciated that detail.

The daily breakfast was a TRUE highlight. There was a generous variety, including diverse fruits. The coffee came from a machine. A charming coffee shop sat right next door.

The hotel has an AMAZING location close to major attractions. Ayia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace were within a five-minute walk. The metro station was also close by.
