The reception staff was helpful. The communication with the hotel was consistently smooth. The room was super clean and well-kept, contributing to a relaxing stay.

The light switches were a bit confusing. Some lights would not work if certain switches were already on.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated an early check-in after a long flight. i received complementary coffee and biscuits each morning. the location is very close to istiklal street and a short walk from the m2 metro entrance.

The hotel does not serve breakfast on site. That was slightly inconvenient.
