The check-in process was smooth. I got a surprise upgrade for my room! This. The staff are always willing to help with anything I needed.

YouTube access in the hotel wasn't working. This was a bit frustrating since I don't speak Turkish. Hopefully, they sort this out quickly.

sewage smellbathroom odor

the bathroom had a pretty bad sewage smell. the staff tried to fix it, but the smell never really went away. it honestly ruined the first few days. we eventually changed rooms and had no problems after that.

I found a large room equipped with comfortable beds. A big TV screen was there and the Wi-Fi was strong. The hotel staff cleaned the room every day and changed towels.

The hotel's location gave a bad first impression. It seemed like it was on a street with some buildings in disrepair.
