i found the staff helpful, especially umran at reception. he helped me with a fast check in. i enjoyed the rooftop breakfast restaurant. the view over the city made my mornings better.
the bathroom had a bit of a sewerage odor. i mentioned it, but nothing changed. it made the room unpleasant.

the staff were helpful and always available i would like to commend umran and ilyas for their great service the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. the location was perfect right in the middle of taksim square it was easy to reach all facilities from there.
the room i stayed in was a little small it was facing another building and there was not a view to speak of. the breakfast had limited varieties it would be better to have more options for the hot dishes.
