location decent, rest... not so much
the location was central and accessible, i will give them that.
My room reeked of smoke, it was so bad, i wondered if a dragon had been a previous guest. the ventilation seemed nonexistent, i told the reception but they seemed indifferent. Earplugs became my best friends .

solid stay near taksim square
helpful staff rooftop restaurant city view
i found the staff helpful, especially umran at reception. he helped me with a fast check in. i enjoyed the rooftop breakfast restaurant. the view over the city made my mornings better.
the bathroom had a bit of a sewerage odor. i mentioned it, but nothing changed. it made the room unpleasant.

the hotel is right on taksim square, very convenient. its proximity to the metro station is great. access to different parts of the city became easy.

my beautiful city view room was spacious. it had a comfortable bed of good quality. wifi worked without any issues, so i could catch up on work.

comfortable bed perfect location small room limited varieties
the staff were helpful and always available i would like to commend umran and ilyas for their great service the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. the location was perfect right in the middle of taksim square it was easy to reach all facilities from there.
the room i stayed in was a little small it was facing another building and there was not a view to speak of. the breakfast had limited varieties it would be better to have more options for the hot dishes.

comfortable bed convenient location friendly staff
i found the location convenient, right by taksim square. my beautiful city view room had a very comfortable bed. the breakfast (especially the turkish specialties) was excellent. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.

convenient location turkish specialities nice staff
I found the location convenient near public transport options. the breakfast buffet had many turkish specialities. the staff really stood out. Umran and cahit remembered my name each day.
