I selected the hotel because of the lake view and it was awesome. the spacious room had a balcony and the view exceeded my expectations. the indoor pool was large with an adjacent outside area facing the lake. Easy access to swim in the lake was a bonus.

the receptionist's behavior wasn't professional upon check-in. also, room 509 was missing the room number sign, leading to confusion when i tried to find it.

the view from the balcony was acceptable. the room was spacious.

the room felt old and tired. there were no dressing gowns in the room and going to the pool without one was annoying. i had to ask at the reception.

i had a very good stay. its location is amazing, overlooking the lake. it is in center, made everything accessible by foot. the room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. waking to the lake view was a highlight. i will recommend this hotel.

the furniture reveal its age. the interiors are damaged and the musty smell makes the experience uncomfortable.

the staff are friendly. i had a lake view room, and it was fine. the hotel provided a riviera pass, it facilitated my stay at tourist attractions. i enjoyed the breakfast with a good view.

the carpets in the public areas looked a little dated.

the room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. the location was great, a beautiful walk led to the town. staff members were helpful and friendly. breakfast offered plenty of choices and tasted delicious.

i noticed the absence of coffee in the room, which i typically expect in a beautiful room at a hotel. the furniture looked sparse and somewhat tired. there were also no hair products in the bathroom upon arrival.
