i found the location excellent. the staff were very helpful and courteous . the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection of foods. i used the gym and found it to be clean and well-equipped, which my boys particularly enjoyed.

i noticed the hotel could benefit from some updates. i saw wallpapers peeling off the walls in certain areas. the tv in my room seemed old. it lacked smart connectivity.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and kindness. The Guest Relations Manager and her colleague provided excellent recommendations. They also arranged a boat tour. The cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a fine sea view from the ninth-floor restaurant.

The TV only offered cable channels, and the availability of streaming platforms would have been ideal.

The hotel had a good location for accessing public transport. The breakfast buffet on level 9 offered variety. Mrs Merve from guest relations was attentive to our needs.

Housekeeping staff were loud in the corridors early in the morning. They knocked briefly and entered the room without waiting for a response. Most of the staff avoided speaking English , made communication difficult.

the staff was really helpful, especially at breakfast. the location is awesome with quick access to many parts of the city. the rooms were comfortable and the staff kept them very clean. everything about this hotel is amazing i loved it.

the cigarette smell lingered in the rooms all day and night! also, the ac barely worked, pretty annoying .
