street noise inadequate insulation
The room i was assigned felt quite cramped. I booked a double or twin room, yet it barely accommodated my luggage. also, the noise insulation was inadequate. i could hear street noise throughout the night, and the sound of doors slamming was frequent. it was difficult to rest. The disturbances prevented sound sleep. they should address the soundproofing to improve the guest experience.

Totally Fantastic Stay!
major attractions amazing staff wide variety fresh pastries
The location is very nice. It is super close to major attractions! The staff was really amazing. They helped us with everything from directions to recommendations. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It featured a wide variety of delicious options. I liked the fresh pastries.
The gym only had a few equipments but it was clean, also the towels was kinda small.

Our room included two comfy beds, air conditioning. free Wi-Fi. The bathroom had a rainfall shower. I liked the provided toiletries, it smelled really good. We had fresh towels every day.

The hotel features a pool area. It has comfortable loungers. a shaded area. The spa offers various treatments. I saw a sauna. the rooftop terrace provided amazing views of the entire city.

The hotel is near many historical places. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque were so close. The tram station is just around the corner. It gives easy access to other parts of town. This hotel is unbeatable.

The staff at the front desk was super helpful and always smiling. Concierge gave great recommendations. I used the laundry service. Clothes came back clean and fast. Housekeeping did an excellent job, thank you!

The breakfast had an excellent food variety, catering to all dietary needs. i had a meal one evening. The prices were reasonable, and it offered an amazing city view. the staff was helpful.
the rooms were very small. the first room i stayed in was not clean, and the curtain was short. the air conditioner was not working. it was impossible to open a luggage and walk in the room, there was no space.

mediocre stay, some issues
small room reception service
the room was quite small, and it was not what i expect. the bathroom had a strange odor, especifically when it rained, and i found this unsettling. the reception staff wasnt so nice, their service could improve i think. they were not rude, but they weren't very cute either.
