mixed feelings about this hotel

limited bus service inconvenient shop hours

i had issues with transport to the ski area. the hotel shuttle did not run in the mornings. the bus service outside the hotel was limited. it was a long walk to the train and bus stop with skis, frustrating. the ski hire shop's hours were also inconvenient, as it was closed when i arrived.

the hotel had fantastic views of the mountains, i thought the rooms were cool. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great, just a short drive from town.

the hotel's restaurant had limited options, made dining a bit repetitive.

the hotel provides a free pickup service from town to the hotel, it is a nice feature, starting at 12:30. the drive is approximately ten minutes from the main area, which i found convenient for exploring.

the family room included a spacious bathroom and a very clean toilet. the hotel offers family rooms with a classic décor, with a green and gray checkered wall behind the bed. big rooms had comfortable beds.

The staff was pleasant, they made efforts to accommodate our rooms next to each other. the hotel surprised the kids with chocolate and gameboy gifts on january 1st. i found the staff friendly and helpful. Especially, vlad the bartender gave suggestions.

fixed temperature missing refrigerator

the breakfast buffet offered a sufficient variety of options.

i encountered issues with the air conditioning in my room. it was programmed to a fixed temperature of 25 degrees celsius. staff informed me they could not adjust it during june. the room lacked a refrigerator, a standard amenity for a four-star hotel.

non-functioning air conditioning limited food menu

The air conditioning did not work. The staff was not able to fix it or change my room , so I was very uncomfortable. I also found the food options to be quite limited. The menu needs more variety.
