i found the service SO cute. the check-in was easy , and the staff were friendly. i especially liked that i could come and go as i pleased without feeling watched.
the shower pressure was quite LOW . also , the pillows felt very flat and offered little support. the breakfast lacked teaspoons , which was slightly inconvenient.

the location was central. it made walking to attractions easy (a real plus!). the staff were very friendly and cute. they always went the extra mile. breakfast was great. it was tasty and cooked very well.
the sink in the bathroom was very small.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the room had everything i expected, including a comfy bed. the accommodation was lovely. It felt very homely and cosy.
The room felt a little too small. i caught my foot on the metal lip in the shower. That was dangerous. i ripped the skin on my toe as a result.

The room felt quite cramped. the furniture seemed old and worn. i noticed some stains on the carpet, disappointing. also, the breakfast setup lacked organization. I had to ask repeatedly for things like hot water and milk.

The room was quite roomy, WHICH I found very convenient. complimentary tea and coffee were available, a PLUS. towels were provided. They were clean, THOUGH maybe a little small.
I noticed some stains on the sheets, that was a BIT of a letdown. the towels felt a little rough, and i found them quite small. there were not enough plugs, this was problematic.

cold showerblack mould
the shower barely got warm, a real disappointment first thing in the morning. i also noticed some black mould on the ceiling above the toilet, and more around the bottom of the shower cubicle. it felt quite unpleasant. there also wasn't any hot water at the very small sink.

I liked that parking was available on the premises. This made arrival simple. A kettle in the room was a nice touch. The hotel is within walking distance to both town and beach. This saved on transportation costs.
The water pressure in the shower was too low. This made rinsing difficult.
