the king room had good equipment. (it was nice to have everything i needed) the desk staff were helpful. i found the location to be quite central.

the hotel is aging. i noticed an unpleasant smell in the hallway on the room floor. it might be worth addressing the corridor odor.

the location was acceptable, right on the square.

the sweet, flowery artificial scent was very strong in the lobby, i suspected it was used to cover up bad odors. it smelled like toilet cleaning products. i found that quite off-putting.

warm greeting comfortable bed central location

the staff greeted me warmly and offered helpful information about the area. my king room non smoking was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. the location was central, and it allowed easy access to many nearby attractions and restaurants.

the bathroom was very small.

faulty air conditioning stained carpets

the location was central. it was easy to get around to see the sights.

My room was quite disappointing. The air conditioning did not work at all. i reported it, but nothing was done . The room was hot. additionally, the carpets looked old and stained. They need replacing soon.

central location quiet environment superb selection

the hotel's central location impressed me. i was near the city hall square. (i enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere!) the hotel offered a quiet and comfortable environment. the breakfast was great with a superb selection.
