The location is fantastic, right in the center. breakfast was very nice, and the restaurant was just as excellent. every member of staff was cute. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

the room did not have working spotlight bulbs.

The concierge staff was super helpful. the restaurant was great. the grounds are fantastic. i really enjoyed the private electric car service. It made getting around easy.

the instant coffee in the room was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. i expected a coffee machine.

i enjoyed the large room! it had french doors opening to a private patio. the staff provided helpful tips with a concierge who mapped out a side trip. breakfast included eggs cooked to order, so it was fresh and delicious.

the instant coffee in the room was a small disappointment given the hotel's standards.

the breakfast pastry was a standout. i enjoyed the prompt chauffeur service. the garden provided a beautiful area. but the breakfast buffet selection had a great variety!

The in-room ac was not individually controlled. this made regulating the temperature a challenge. sometimes it got a little warm..

the location was very convenient. the breakfast offered a good selection of items. the room (superior king room terrace garden view) was adequately sized and had a comfortable bed (i slept really well!).

the service was inconsistent (sometimes great, sometimes slow). the room was a bit dated. the bathroom lacked some modern amenities (like a good showerhead).
