helpful staffexcellent locationlate check-inold carpet
the staff were really helpful. they helped us arrange a taxi to the train station at check out (i was very grateful). the location was also great, right in the middle of the medieval city.
the late check-in was a bit inconvenient. we got there early and had to wait, as our room was not ready until later (it was annoying). also, the carpet in the room seemed quite old, and i noticed a slight unpleasant smell.
