Lovely stay by the tram

convenient location easy access helpful staff sightseeing information

I needed everything for my quick visit. The location suit me as a tram stop was right there so easy access to the city was simple. Staff at reception were supportive and offered useful sightseeing ideas. They were happy to assist me .

The shower and sink were in the room and were not actually in the en-suite so that was a bit strange.

Breakfast had a good selection, it included both sweet and savory items that gave energy for the day. A really great way to start the day was here.

The room was clean and a decent size, I really enjoyed it. Its modern design and smart distribution of space are great. The bed was comfy and new sheets are provided every day.

The location is central with the tram just outside. Easy access to the center of town becomes a reality. It must be less than 5 minutes to the heart of the city, very convenient.

the location was perfect to access historical sites of the city.

the room felt very cramped. it was hard to move around with luggage. the shower and sink being in the room made it difficult. plugs were awkwardly placed.

friendly staff good value

the hotel sat close to the train station, it was convenient. friendly staff provided helpful service . i found the breakfast had good value, it offered many choices. the reception area included a comfortable lounge and bar facilities.

the chemical substance gave off a bad odor and it bothered me. the design of the bathroom did not work well. there existed no chairs in the small room.

fantastic stay near gare st jean!

convenient location friendly staff clean room excellent shower

I found the location convenient! it was right by the gare st jean and the tram line was just outside the hotel. the staff were friendly and always ready to help! i was pleased that my room was very clean and tidy. the shower was excellent. It had great water pressure!

The room i stayed in was a bit small. And i found that the air conditioning wasn't working as well as i'd hoped, but it was a minor issue.
