I found the hotel's location near the city center to be a real plus. The tram stop, right across from the hotel, offered direct access. The staff was friendly and looked to be young. The breakfast buffet presented excellent options.

I noticed the shower pressure was very low. Washing and rinsing my hair took quite a long time. I reported this issue.

The room got TOO warm. I found it difficult to adjust the temperature because the heating system seemed centrally controlled. the breakfast area felt very CROWDED during peak hours. The limited space made it difficult to move around freely (especially to get coffee).

this hotel offers perfect access from the tram that runs from the airport. the town center is also a simple walk. breakfast included sufficient choice, i especially enjoyed the option for drinks token if you skipped room cleaning service. i found this idea quite original and helpful.

the room had a small window, that felt suffocating. space between the bed edge and the wall was narrow. certain items, like the tv board, looked too bulky considering the available space.

The hotel location is amazing for using public transport. Two supermarkets sit just opposite the hotel. The tram to and from the airport is right across the road. I really appreciated the closeness of everything. The breakfast included the perfect size and had quality food.

The bathroom had an awful sliding door. Tea-making facilities in the room would improve things. I noticed a smell of drains upon returning to my room so I ran the taps.

A solid city stay

The hotel is directly across from a Carrefour supermarket. THIS was very convenient. I also liked that the tram stop is right outside, so getting around was simple. The staff also assisted with storing my luggage after checkout allowing me to explore a bit more.
