The outdoor pool was a highlight. I appreciated the secure car park. It gave me peace of mind. The park near the hotel had beautiful walkways. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure.
The basin lacked a plug. It made shaving a bit challenging.

the staff was friendly, i guess.
The room was cold, and the centrally controlled a/c didn't help. all my clothes felt damp the next morning. Lovely. also, the rubbish bin in the bathroom was full when i arrived! how thoughtful.

i found the hotel well maintained with good facilities. comfortable rooms exist. the outdoor pool was available. i dined at a fabulous restaurant. taking dogs into the bar and restaurant was a great perk after a long travel.
the limited tea and coffee in room wasn't ideal. i also had issues getting extra milk sachets or tea at the reception. it only gave enough for a single drink.

i found the hotel grounds had plenty of space. it allowed for walking. the location was quiet. the easy access from the motorway suited my travel plans.
the hotel could not put our two rooms next to each other. both rooms were not even on the same floor. this was difficult traveling with kids.

i found the location very handy. it was a good spot for an overnight stay during my travels. the staff in the restaurant showed fantastic service there and i was grateful for that.
the tv volume level seemed pre-set very low, which annoyed me. also, i felt the air conditioning was quite ineffective . it made it difficult to manage the room temperature.

I found the hotel staff cute and helpful. The grounds were suitable for walking my dog. The pool area was great. I appreciated the free tennis court and the ample parking available at the hotel.
The bathroom size was very small. It was difficult to sit comfortably on the toilet due to the limited space in the ensuite bathroom.
