The location rocks! It allows easy access to many tourist spots and shopping areas. The clean rooms had daily service. The hotel features fairly large and modern rooms with a well-stocked mini bar. The location is really good.
Finding reception proved tricky. I noticed no clear signage. I had to go to the sixth floor and search for a small desk amidst a busy lobby.

The hotel has two great restaurants. They provide really great views. Food presentation was very elegant, and staff was friendly. Breakfast on the rooftop balcony was awesome. I started my days wonderfully.

bathroom doors repairsecondary importancepillow shortage
The staff fixed the faulty bathroom doors quickly. Both sliders and slats were repaired like new before my return. That's what I call attention to detail.
The hotel clearly considers itself a restaurant with rooms attached, not a hotel. The reception is next to the restaurant, so hotel guests are secondary to the restaurant's needs! Plus, I asked for extra pillows, as the two provided was like pillowcases full of air, but they never arrived.

I really liked how central everything was. it was awesome! the cleaning staff came twice a day. They even left little chocolates on the night table. coffees and fruits in the room were nice, and there were bath salts for the bath. They really go above and beyond for a luxurious stay!
The reception wasn't easy to find. there was no signage that told me to go to the 6th floor. The reception is basically a small desk in a busy lobby between two restaurants. i felt in the way when checking in. getting to my room on the sixth floor was a mission in the evening, as i had to get past two busy restaurants that non-residents use.
