Bathrobes and slippers are provided in Deluxe King Size rooms. All rooms provide complimentary Wi-Fi, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, and are non-smoking. Family rooms, consisting of a standard double and a single bed, are available.
Dining Experience
The County Hotel serves a menu featuring modern classics and seasonal specials using local produce. A Traditional Sunday Roast is available every Sunday. A wide range of Cask Ales, draught Lagers, and Wines from around the World & a staggeringly good Gin selection are on offer. Timothy Taylor's Landlord is always on tap, complimented by a range of renowned local & national Ales. The Malt Whisky range covers Lagavulin to Glenkinchie. A Cocktail Menu is available, covering all the classics & a few surprises.

The modern bar layout creates a relaxed atmosphere. The County Hotel hosts business meetings, local lunches, and evening celebrations. Every Thursday, guests can choose 2 dishes from the Grill Section of the Main Menu & a bottle of house wine for £28. The venue is open from 10am daily for Coffee & Breakfast, with alcohol served from 11am.

The County Hotel is near the historic centre of Hexham, recently voted Britain's favorite market town. Hexham Racecourse is nearby, with a free shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off from the bus station across the road. Landmarks nearby include Tyne Green Park (1 km), Alpaca Encounters (3 km), and Hexham Old Gaol (0.3 km). Hadrian's Wall and Sycamore Gap are also nearby.
