a good beamish visit

friendly staffgreat mealbusy area
The room was super clean with everything i needed. the staff are super friendly. They couldn't do enough for me. i had a great meal in the pub restaurant. The food was great.
The bar area was busy with people running around, but nobody was really doing anything. they didn't like you standing at the bar. A more relaxed area for drinks while staying is needed.

My Double Room was immaculate and spacious. The bathroom had a very large, comfortable shower (a true treat after a long day).
The bar area seemed slightly confused in its purpose.

mixed experience

unpleasant surpriseconfused purpose
the shower in the morning offered a rather unpleasant surprise, a sudden blast of either ice-cold water or scalding hot water. adjusting the temperature was impossible. furthermore, the bar area felt confused in its purpose. i wanted a quiet place to relax and enjoy a drink, but it felt more like a restaurant. i left to take a walk and did not return.
