chipped teapotobstructed view
The breakfast service was slow. it took ages to get a simple pot of tea, and when it finally arrived, the teapot was chipped. Not a great look. also, the promised golf course view from my "beautiful king room" was mostly obscured by a massive tree. It felt a bit like false advertising. perhaps they could prune it, or at least not oversell the view

Idyllic Countryside Retreat

The room was super clean and well-kept. The bed was cozy. I found the staff consistently helpful and polite. They were always quick to assist. Breakfast included a wide variety of options, like fresh pastries and hot dishes. I was quite impressed with these aspects.
The gym equipment shows some rust, this is a minor cosmetic issue though.

The hotel sits within beautiful grounds, removed from roads. A charming golf shop stands near the main building. One can easily explore the surrounding landscape, enjoying the peace of the countryside for approximately a mile.

Our company's event at this hotel was a complete success. The events team exhibited commendable flexibility in addressing our needs. Staff members were genuinely friendly and delivered a very good service. I found their attentiveness admirable. The food preparation was AMAZING!!! It was of a very high standard.

The spa facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated the jacuzzi. The swimming pool was fabulous! Breakfast is cooked fresh to order not a buffet. The gardens are very nice and well maintained, as well.
